PAYMENT:
5% state sales tax will be added to all orders placed from Wisconsin, USA. Additional sales tax may apply depending on the county you live in. Credit Cards are accepted for payment through the Stripe Checkout system. Please contact us if you wish to use Paypal. Cancellations are accepted before items are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

SHIPPING:
Shipping rates will vary depending on the USPS service you select at the time of purchase. If you wish to change shipping method/company, or add insurance, please contact us note prior to purchase. It will be our pleasure to work with you to provide an acceptable shipping arrangement. Please contact us if you would like to arrange local pick up to avoid shipping charges.
TEEL, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims for such must be made by the buyer with the US Postal Service or other shipper if applicable. We strive to send your order as quickly as possible and will do our best to ship your item(s) within three business days after full payment has been received.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Damaged or defective items must be returned with 30 days to receive a full refund. If you need to exchange an item due to an ordering error, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Here at TEEL,LLC we take privacy very seriously. We do not use trackers or similar practices to collect personal data. We do store information that is provided by the user to complete orders, e.g., addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. We do not share or sell this information.
